How To Request Deletion
To request deletion of an app account or personal data associated with a Samartinc Dev app, email privacy@samartinc.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - Samartinc Dev".
Include These Details
- The name of the Samartinc Dev app.
- The email address, username, or account identifier used in the app.
- Whether you want the app account deleted, personal data deleted, or both.
- Any Google Play order ID if your request relates to a purchase or subscription.
What Happens Next
We will review the request, verify that you are authorized to make it, and delete eligible account data or personal data associated with the app. We may ask for more information if we cannot identify the account or confirm the request.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, financial records, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. If retention is required, we will limit retained data to what is needed for that purpose.
Subscriptions And Purchases
Deleting an app account or app data does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play. You may need to cancel subscriptions through Google Play before or after submitting a deletion request.
